1/7/2009 A proposed toll increase in Maryland would spare passenger cars an increase but would charge trucks and other multi-axle vehicles more. Effective April 15, the proposal would raise toll rates for multi-axle vehicles, including trucks with three or more axles and vehicles towing trailers.
