Girls Swimming Finishes Season at Section VI Championships ...
The Iroquois Lady Chiefs swim team sent eight girls to the Section VI championship meet Fri., Nov. 14 and Sat., Nov. 15. Preliminaries were held on Friday at ECC's swimming pool in downtown Buffalo, where the girls competed in two relays and several individual events.

'Microswimmer could deliver drugs' ...
Scientists have devised a microscopic "swimming machine" that could deliver drugs inside the body by mimicking the wheel of a paddle-steamer. The so-called 'microswimmer' is the first such device to move without using chemical propulsion or bending itself into different shapes.
