Suspects in poodle theft arrested ...
Plano police arrested two suspects in connection with the theft of a 10-week old poodle from a Plano pet store. The suspects were identified from a surveillance tape aired on local news stations. Sergio Angelo Milanovic and Jessica Ann-Marie Oliver were arrested Tuesday afternoon.
