Do you hate your wireless service provider? Consumer Reports has news for you: You are now officially in the minority. According to a survey conducted by the organization's National Research Center, 60 percent of people said they were "completely or very satisfied" with their service, a major increase over last year. Federal regulators have rejected proposed changes by the Federal Communications Commission that would require all U.S. cell phone towers to have at least eight hours of backup power.
