Today?s Inbox: Separate bad loans from park costs ...
The Iowa Department of Natural Resources has been in the news lately. Recently we were told that it had a short fall in its budget so it wasn?t going to hire people next summer to do maintenance in the park system. Then we learned that the DNR was out a million and a half dollars due to faulty loans to business.
