Homeland Security recommends Manhattan for NBAF ...
It looks like Kansas will be home to a new $450 million National Agro and Bio-defense facility. The news trickled out of Washington today that Manhattan is the Department of Homeland Security's choice, over stiff competition from Texas, North Carolina, Georgia and Mississippi.
